Those are not available on SA-MP nor on MTA. They are unstable or something.

Not rigged most likely = not usable in normal gameplay.

The skins, that used in game (Not Cutscene: Zero, Emmet, Big Bear(he sit in vehicle), Runaway man from mission Gray Import, Big smoke with armour, etc.) can be used (i think) in SA-MP.

Emmet is rigged, I'm pretty sure I've seen him used (perhaps it was in an in-game skin changer). Infact, that 'cutscene' isn't a cinematic cutscene, meaning he is rigged.

Emmet's ID is 267, try it out.
