[Help] House system - igalsok - 14.05.2010

Hello all :]
Look, I am just start to work on my GM (GF EDIT )
I was searching for a good House system but i did not find one.
I found "simple house system" it was simple but the cars did not respawned, and it did not saved the owner after Restart.
I found Stefans house system but it did not help me so much.
Look, I just need to move the houses from LS\SF to LV or create new houses.
If you can give me a system that works it will help me alot.
[I am beginner scripter ]

I did not see that is a cars on that system, also it have "Earnings" I do not need this, Thank you anyway.
