Playing with Windows 7 and x76 - Fashion - 12.05.2010

After much trial and error, reading multiple posts on the forum and a bit of experimentation, I admit I have failed.
I cannot, for the life of me, get San Andreas' multiplayer counterpart to function properly. No matter what I do, I will get a message. You know? That message? The one giving you columns of seemingly useless characters? Always the same, yet always different from ones posted.
I just bought my laptop. It runs San Andreas quite well, as far as single player is concerned.
Any help?

Any mods? Would be helpful to know.

Also, x76? Pretty sure you meant x86.

Also, since you just bought it, you might want to update your directx. ****** directx 11 feb 2010 if you want to try that.

Have you tried reinstalling both the game and SA:MP? Try renaming your gtasa.set?

x76 dont exist but you running win 7 with a video card INTEL?? Or NVDIA?
