You can use [u]TextDraw Editor 1.0 RC2 for your ease.

i cant use other filterscript idk why my server dont accept other commands

There is only one command /text.
I don't see why there shold be any conflict with your server if you don't have that command.

ur not supposed to use other FS with Zamaroht's Textdraw Editor v1.0 RC2 they can conflict
