You can try my registration system: http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=166203.0

You can add an additional entry to file with AddIntInfo/AddStringInfo/AddFloatInfo function.

And you must use SetupUserSystem and SetupStatsSavingSystem function under OnGameModeInit callback.
