I do not know to do this.
I want that in a city the speed limit, the normal half.
Someone could help in this?

(This is an RP Server)

And an other question, how can i "make" new vehicle models?
I was looking for but not found :\

What do you mean by you want to cut the speed limit in half??
Like change how fast the vehicles can go?
and make new vehicles? Like add them to your server? Well you would open your GM in "pawno" and add cars there
