Read this and maybe you'll understand why. NPCs are counted as players on the server and you can't change the player limit.. except if you want to kick some other NPCs to be able to connect other ones.

So by kicking them and connecting them you could make a streamer then right?

Not really, you can just kick some NPCs if you want to connect other ones (if you're near limit).
