What is the City Hall interior? I can not seem to find the Bank Interior.

There are plenty of lists around, check the wiki. Also, cityhall = city planning dept?

checkout the file: "GTA Server\scriptfiles\properties\interiors",
theres the line describing (all?) interiors...
login with rcon - if the gl_property filterscript is loaded, you can "/view 84".
its interior is the same (0) like the "normal" world o.O
