If you cant even make your self admin in it you cant make you own server try to learn how to mess with Scriptfiles then try making your owner server i suggest play on a offline server ((no one can see it but you only you can play it))

Learn how to script and then get your server hosted. Try finding some tutorials.

Now, the stuff you need to learn is how to port forward, it's that or using LogMeIn hamachi.
LogMeIn hamachi is a software that allows you to connect with other users even when you have closed ports.
If you want your sever to be listed on the Internet Tab you will need to port forward. How? Read the above links or call your internet provider.
