Skin problems - TouR - 24.04.2010

Hello guys! I got a skin probs in my GTA... When i formated my pc and instaled GTA SA the skins was like: /imageshack/img256/1794/samp038dq.png

Any solutions for this?

Don't! Is this only the FBI skin or more? Because if it's FBI skin only you should request the .dll and .txd and replace it and your problem is solved!

Might be a Stupid Suggestion. but...
Try to (re)install your Videocard Drivers.
if that doesn't work then try to Re-install GTA again.
