Can i spawn or make buyable houses in MTA:SA and add it to my SA:MP server?

No idea - simply use SA:MP to create your "buyable houses."

There are plenty of scripts that will allow you to create, modify and delete on-the-fly in the filterscripts section - take a look.

Sure, each system is individually created by a separate person so they'll probably have minor idea change (but different code unless it's an edit) in each script, so it's really your choice what you find sufficient.

How can i find the "Virtual World ID." ? i searched on ****** but i found no results

Try post in the topic, as your question has been pretty much answered.

But, however a virtual world is a world that the player's in - basically, there's 2 billion of them (or something) that you can use, it's just that a player has to be in the same virtual world as another player to see them or sync with them - Ideally, you should use 0. But if you want to own another house using the same interior, you should use 1, 2, 3, etc
