Win 7 Problems or something or other - Smithy - 19.04.2010

Alright, so I got this computer ~1 month ago. Several problems I guess you could call them that.

My computer;
AMD Phenom Triple-Core Processor @2.3GHZ
ATI Radeon 4350HD 512MB
2GB RAM
320GB HDD
Windows 7 Home Premium

Old computer;

AMD Athlon Single Core 1.8GHZ
NVIDIA 9400GT 512MB
2.5GB RAM
220GB HDD
Windows XP Home Premium SP3

Now, several problems.

My computer SHOULD be able to handle games like GTA IV on certain fps, but it cannot. The graphic card comes up as "ATI Display Driver" on the "Can You Run It Website" and I don't feel like there is a performance improvement? What am I doing wrong?

My games are located in Program Files (x86) as somehow that matters.

Yeah but my problem is, also with SA-MP its shit. I mean cmon, I had a single core that ran SA-MP fabolously, I see no improvement with this.

I have:

4 GT DDR3 RAM
Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.2GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GT220M 1GT RAM
Windows 7 Enterprise 64 bit (Real one, not pirate)

And, GTA IV works fine for me

i got

AMD Athlon II X2 2,71Ghz(dualcore)
2GB DDRII Ram
NVIDIA Geforce 9600 GB RAM
Win7 Pro 32bit

and it works on low a bit(very) laggy laggy tho......

GTA IV is just weird though...
all other games run flawlessly but just this games is lagging like hell....

but since you got the problem with samp too i guess you should ask the shop where you bought it if theres sum reason why that is...
