Licenses Cars - johnnyc - 18.04.2010

Hello guys, i need help with this :
There is 3 licenses cars and there is licenses so when player buy it he go to the car and enter it and make the test,
but now its when player enter it he can make the test without buy the licenses what i need help with how i lock the cars to only who bought the licenses can enter it to make the test. i need help asap please
