[HELP] Grove street hooligans (NPC's) - andershh - 17.04.2010

I just downloaded this http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=123232.0 but i cant make it work.
I putted the folders to the right places but i cant see them IG.
I tried /rcon login (PW) and /rcon loadfs GSH and it said "FS loaded" but it still didnt work.
Help please.

Try adding it on server.cfg at the filterscripts line
