NPC Recording Error - Faze - 15.04.2010

Alright today I have tried recording a file for my NPC Bus though I type /vrecord Taxi1 and no command comes up saying it started recording or anything like that. I looked at the tutorial for how to make a Recording File but it seems to not be working. The place in the tutorial where the file should save said in your NPCModes folder but it is not there when I looked after I stopped recording.

I made sure to:
Be Logged into RCON
Load the npc_record filerscript through RCON
------------------------------------------

Is there anything wrong that I am doing?
