How to create box like this for my TextDraws and Progress Bars?

Create a BG texdraw and set color to for ex. 0x00000077 - 77 is transparency part, check wiki

Yes that is good but for adding a box to your textdraws you use: https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/TextDrawUseBox
