[FS] Vehicle Menu - J-Sprunk - 14.04.2010

This was my first filterscripts,i have done it at october 2009
This outage filterscript repair your vehicle,flip,tunning..
-Command: /vmenu - show dialog for player with select vehicle function(only in vehicle)
-Repair your vehicle(only vehicle health)
-Repair your vehicle(repair vehicle with damages)
-Burn your vehicle
-Flip
-Set nitro
-Tunning your car

Very nice one, i think it could be better in later versions, like adding a little transfender like shop or something but anyway's i like this very much.

-GetVehicleHealth
-SetVehicleVelocity
-GetVehicleModel
-SetVehicleToRespawn
