Hey

I've had this wierd problem for a phew days, and am getting quite tired of it :\

Basicly, you know when you have VISUAL FX QUALITY set to LOW, you get black on the roads etc, well-
I always play on VISUAL FX QUALITY set to VERY HIGH and I still get the same results as on LOW.

I've tried deleting GTA_SA.set, reinstalling SA-MP.

I would re-install GTASA, but I have so much st00f on it, it would take days to install all over again.

Anyone know any suggestions?

Though it's not caused by them, as this wierd thing happened 1 week ago, and I haven't changed a mod since then.

.dff and .txd mods (skin, vehicles)
NGE 1.5 (effect mod, tho I've had this all the time)

Yeah, copy all the gta3.img and hud.txd effect.txd and some more files... You can see them if you redownload NGE in a folder, if I'm not mistaken.
