[HELP]Clan car? - [eF]ThundeR - 11.04.2010

I need help to make a car enterable only for players that wear the tag [123] ,so everybody that have the tag [123] to be able to enter that car ,and others not.
for example:
[123]NOOB - available to enter the car
NOOB - not available to enter the car

help pls.
