Server not appearing to be working - sobolanux - 10.04.2010

Hi there. I use an old PC which is located at my grandma`s house, on a different Internet Connection, from a diferent ISP provider from the ISP that I have at home, to host a Sa-Mp server. When I add the server in my favourite list at home it appears working, I asked someone who is from my country (other city) to add it as favourite and join and it works for him too. I also asked someone who is from other country to join it (he is from Europe, I`m from Europe) to join my server and add it as favourite and it doesn`t work for him. STRANGE..... could you help me with it please?
