[HELP]Simple Question - [cA]Unforseen - 09.04.2010

I want to ask 1 simple question:

if i want to make a menu or add a textdraw it needs the x,y coordinates...
how can i know them??
NOTICE: I DONT WANT THE X,Y,Z COORDINATES IN GAME I WANT THE SCREEN ONES.
