Steam Error - Andy_McKinley - 09.04.2010

I bought Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 yesterday and I noticed that Steam is required. I downloaded and installed Steam but now it gives me an error with logging in. I logged in with my right username and password.

There is nothing wrong with my internet connection, everything is working fine. I couldn't find anything about this Steam error. I hope someone knows more about this problem because I can't install Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 without Steam.

Re: Steam Error - Burridge - 09.04.2010

Do what it says, quite clearly...it says go to http://steampowered.com/...

Re: Steam Error - Mrkrabz - 09.04.2010

Goto your steam folder and delete

Clientregistery.blob

Something like that anyway, Then you will connect to a newest server and update to the latest version.

Re: Steam Error - Jese - 09.04.2010

Why did you download Steam? You get it on DVD.

Yes, I tried twice. That isn't working for everyone.

Re: Steam Error - Jese - 09.04.2010

I know it requires steam, but I don't understand you why did you download steam as you get it on DVD.
