Cant login =x help plz - 2dangerous - 07.04.2010

I have GTA SanAndreas already installed in my PC, so when I heard about SanAndreas Multiplayer I downloaded 1 of the SA-MP 0.3a Client's from the site and installed it in my SanAndreas folder. But I can't connect. I run samp_debug and connect to localhost but I get something like "trying to login... unable to login - trying to login... unable to login" all day lol - what am I doing wrong? lol

connect to local host thats if you are running a server yourself
run samp.exe click on hosted then find ya a server it curl up to
