help server, trying to connect, connecting failed - VV3SL3Y - 07.04.2010

i can't get my LAN-server working, every time i try to connect it is saying
trying to connect to[ip]
connecting failed trying again

it's like this over and over :S only on this script which i downloaded from a topic on this site :S
can someone help me
