Hey guys,
I read all posts that have somethin' to do with this problem but
I found nothing!
In samp.exe i double click on a server.
Then connect but it doesn't work.

Yeah, I own multiple copys of the game and use a no-cd crack. In fact, I use a no-cd crack for 90% of my games. Makes it alot more convenient.
