Can't connect.... - Rockstar23 - 05.04.2010

I am trying to connect to my server and it has worked in the past but now when I connect I get this:

(My IP address has been blocked out for security purposes only.)

2) Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit
3) ATI Radeon HD 3200
3) 72.213.174.73:1337
