hey guys, i wanna make a video on GTA IV but im looking for some kind of Tool or something so make these things (Thinking about cam hack and stuff)
I wanna be able to use it in Multiplayer, and it should not edit files...
Is their any tool? i used ****** and i found nothing there.

I have Fraps of course, i mean, making videos like in SAMP with camhack.
