Detecting Vehicle Ram. - RSC_Quicker - 01.04.2010

Hye I got a server : 93.190.141.107:8000
The thing is, I made a Car Sumo.
Its all working fine. But I'm going to add a stunt bonus system. So I want that the server detect who rammed who of the sumo road.
Is there an easy way to make it? Or do I have to use my fantasy?
