How to get R7 running on Linux server - .::Anti::. - 30.03.2010

Well my server is running on linux and its on 0.3a R3. If i want to install the R7 to it, I copy the files there and it's not working. My server starts up like this.

If i try to install the R7, it gives me error like this.
