ok .... my problem is a rather weird one
when i open SA-MP and click on internet , no servers appear , sometiems it works but mostly it doesnt and its really annoying cause the "hosted" list always has servers but not all of them , please help !!!
also whats the different between "internet" and "hosted" ?

Internet are all server that are on the internet
hosted and not hosted.
By hosted tab u pay extra to come in that list
that list is much smaller so u have a better chance to get people in it

That is odd, check your internet connection... Maybe re-install.
The Internet list is for people that don't want to pay more money to have there server in the hosted list, therefore, you have better servers. Rather than some 10 year old, throwing together some server, and kicking people he doesn't like. Also the Hosted tab loads up faster, rather than having to wait for the internet tab... Make sense?

Hosted = Pay for it + more people come to your server.
Internet = Basic online server, not many people come.

to fix "Intrent List"Try to reinstall Samp or check ur "fire wall"

the diffrent bettwoen "Intrent List" and "Hosted" is intrnet list have all samp server and the hosted some servers come with kind of ur samp u have download exmple:when you download SAMP 0.2 it deffrent list from SAMP 0.3
