Learning dini? - Naxix - 28.03.2010

Hai, i been scripting a few weeks and got more into it now, but i still can't use dini, so i'm not able to create my own rigister system/admin system. So i wonder if anyone could help me learn dini?

I searched on sa wiki, and the forum but i diden't find a guide for dini.

I have already seen it and tried it, but first of all it diden't work, and second it's just a copy paste tut :b
i'd like the things explained to that i can use it for other things
