External rCon program - Omnitrix - 27.03.2010

Well I hosted a server but I had a external rCon program; I restarted my computer and forgot the name ? I dunno if anyones come across it before or uses it now the image is like a Los Diablos guy i think!

Please help me out!

you forget your pass? go on server.cfg
