I have a fully functional MDC going know how do i make it so it only works in a Vehicle?

I dont know what it mean...but you should try: if(IsPlayerInVehicle(playerid)){

MDC = Mobile Data Computer ( AKA Police Computer )

Kinda like ARP, ERP but mine will hopefully be better

lol, Like my MDC,

Call Backup
Call SWAT
Call EMS
Put on a Bullet Proof vest
Get an M4 from the trunk
Check for warrents in NCIC
etc
