I think you got the idea!But you want to have +posts.

panzer, try Camtasia, it is very good, it can register a part of the screen you want
Here i used Camtasia.

I use a registered fraps. I haven't tried any other ones, except a un-registered Gamecam. If it wouldn't have a huge logo on the bottom it would be better.
