I would like to know how do you do that when people write it can be 2-3 lines, and it doesn't cut you at the begining.

Well you know when you write in some servers a long sentence than it just cuts off the part that can't feet.
for example you write:
Hello, i need help and i'm playing SA:MP for 1 year and i'm scripting for one year thanks everyone!
and the players see it as:
Hello, i need help and i'm playing SA:MP for 1 year and i'm scripting for one year thank
So like if the sentence is too long it just cuts off the words/letters that don't have space.
and in LS-RP it would look like that:
Hello, i need help and i'm playing SA:MP for 1 year and i'm scripting for one year thank...

He means like OnPlayerText i think. So if someone is in chat and puts too much.
