Onplayerkeystatechange - Razvann - 26.03.2010

I want to make, when I'm in a vehicle, and I want to stop the engine, to press the CTRL key, not KEY_FIRE, strict CTRL, not Click or another. How can I make this?

CTRL = KEY_ACTION
ALT or LMB = KEY_FIRE
