How to start? - mastanrobertin - 25.03.2010

How can i start to make a DM like server i want a full emty server script i found the blank but i whan to start like from a server that starts and has 1 skin and no cars no nothing so when i start the GM script it can start.
What are those commands that i need to put in the script so that the script will be 0 but still can start it and get in game?

I need 1 skin.1 Spawn point.What else? Becouse i cant make it....

Please help.


And if there is a scripter that could help me with my Big New Type Project a GM that none done Befor.
Would be a huge GM but with few scripting Thise GM wont have a lot of scripting in it but it will be a HUGE GameMode and full of Fun and i think a lot of guys would love it.
