one my register system my friend add some code so you can be an admin in it but i need to save and read for the admin system lvls to work so the commands work becuase at the monet the commands do not work

can any one script it all his add is the this admin bit with commands and ive add some how he did it but i can not makepeople admin or make me admin becuase it does not load the info from the user file
