Some problems - qzone - 20.03.2010

1.How can i configure my server to spawn new players to LS Train Station?
2.How can i add a scale to National Guard Base?
3.How can i add a elevator to LSPD,able to go to LSPD Roof and LSPD Garage?
4.How can i change skins of factions?
5.How can i add a faction car?
