Stefan's HS makes my server lag - 77ther - 19.03.2010

Ok i'm using Los Santos Life roleplay script, so I decided to get that stefan's house system because it's much more easy to make a house... but the problem is the server doesn't lag at all till I create few houses, then it starts to lag, but it lags horribly, what's the problem?
And does anyone know how to put it in the GM, not use it as FS?

Download a streamer as you'll be streaming all them pick ups.
