How to make a zones ? i am asking this about 4th time now i didn't get any answer and under search i don't find nothing ...

i want just that if i enter idk zone somewhere under map will write in what zone i am for example '' Downtown Los Santos'' or ''Richman'' can some body help me with this please ?
