Problems running SA-MP with Windows 7 - [SiN]Terror - 16.03.2010

I normally run samp with vista with no problems but recently i installled Windows 7 Ulitmate and whenever i join a server my player just runs without me even touching a button and the only way i can move around is when the camera is forward towards me

Anyone know how to fix this?
