depends I like /ban id reason insteed of /ban ->Dialog with id->Dialog with reason :P

It would depend on what it is used for. Dialogs are useful is some situations where commands are useful in others. For example, a dialog can be useful for login screens, weapon catalogues etc. But I would much rather use commands to ban, jail people and teleport commands etc, for their ease of use.
