You dont need disable the proactive defense, follow this steps:
- In protection tab, select "Proactive Defense" > Configure;
- In the window that has opened, select "Protection" (the first on list);
- Mark the box in "Compatibility" mode;
- Restart pc.

how do you do thoes steps i have 2010 vers i donty know how to get there i clike on proteicon tab but all i see is files and privat data system and application and online ctivaty thats it
