EDIT I FIXED THIS PROBLEM AND IM BACK SO ANY MODS OR ADMINS CAN CLOSE OR DELETE THIS TOPIC..THANKS
Hey guys, I used to play GTA SAMP a lil while ago and i had to reboot ma computer. I rebooted it and then i played GTA SA and it works fine perfect actually. then i dwnloaded gta SAMP and installed it. But i cannot play it. i cannot explain the problem so i uploaded a video of problem in ******* and this is the link. I hope its ok to leave a link here..PLease help me I really love playing GTA SAMP i have gta 4 for computer but my computer is a bad one so cant play..if anyone fixes my problem i will give u gta 4 for free.

Try
1. Reinstalling SA:MP
2. Deleting gta_sa.set from My Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files
3. Remove d3d9.dll from your base GTA-folder.
Also, when it boots up, try going to options, then back (via escape), if you see "Resume Game" click it.
