Question about gangwar - leapfish - 11.03.2010

Hello guys!
I have 2 questions about gang war...

1st
Is there a way I can disable spawn zone for each team (Zones where each team spawns) to be attacked/taken...

2nd
Currently in gamemode I use, you are able to provoke gang war even if team that owns turf isn't killed on that turf...

Example. Ballas owns Glen Park, Vagos come to Glen Park along with Aztecas, aztecas killed 5 vagos and provoked turf war in glen park, which was owned by Ballas...
