My sampserver.exe crashes and server goes off line...

******'d the error code, http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=102078 - found that. Seems to be the same as yours. Quoting a person from that topic;

I have no idea. The sampserver.exe closes suddenly (crashes). I'll keep searching. I was (trying) to use Valkyrie military base, filterscript didn't load. Unloaded now and removed from Filterscript file and server.cfg, let's see what happens.

'unloadfs' or 'reloadfs' tends to crash 80% of the time, however you should check your server_log.txt to verify what the last line of code that was executed.

Alrighty then! It ain't crashing now, although I do want the filterscript. Everyone is telling me that Filterscripts are lagging up the server...

Try putting the filterscript into the gamemode itself?
