Hey, Is there any way to put your samp.ban file in forum so all mah homies stay updated with whos banned?

you mean on your own forum?
i think just copy it everyday is not that hard :/

Maybe use the same MySQL database with your homies, which contains the banned IPs?

serverFFS is currently working on something that will give you access to your serverfiles from your web-browser.
