I can't play sa-mp. - Bumbis - 07.03.2010

I just downloaded SA and then installed samp the instalation was sucess.
Then when i want to go to play in server there was crash. Ok then i re-install SA and try again, but that crash always appears.
I have a laptop maybe that the problem?

Sorry i know my english is no too good, but i want to play samp.

i have 1.0 version.

EDIT: That file is broken i can't extract and open that .exe file what is included
