Is this a good price? and is it a good host? and is it reliable?

It seems to be cheap, 0.15 euros per slot.
It has:
Control Panel
MySql Database
Free FTP account.

I would more recommend Kingj.net it's 0.15GBP Per slot, but i know him better than that company.
EDIT: Depending on where you live, but That site is Hosted in Germany. Kingj is UK and Netherlands

SA-MP hosting is all overpriced, the price of one serverFFS server could buy you a VPS where you can run your website, server and whatever else you want.
